Ohio Ihsan Academy Registration

You’ll need the following to complete the registration process:

A valid email address for the primary adult contact for the student.
Proof of address (utility bill)
A copy of birth certificate or :
- Passport
- Visa/Green Card
Immunization records
Address, phone # and valid email for each contact listed.
Note: Children registering for Pre-K to Kindergarten must be fully potty trained.

Required fields are marked as "Required" and Ohio Ihsan Academy will receive the data exactly as entered. Please be careful of spelling, capitalization, and punctuation. Information should be submitted/checked by a parent or guardian.
Ensure contact information is correct. Ohio Ihsan Academy’s primary means of communication is email. Please ensure at least one valid/active parent email address is provided.
Upload required documents. These may include the student’s birth certificate , updated immunization records and proof of residence.
Once the form is submitted, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

Registration for Additional Students

A separate registration form must be submitted for each student in your family. Once you have successfully submitted one registration, you will need to access the email you received for the additional child to complete their registration form.

Consent and Acknowledgment

Social Media and Website Consent: I give permission for Ohio Ihsan Academy to use photographs and/or videos of my child on social media and the school website.

Emergency Medical Treatment Consent: In the event of an emergency, I authorize Ohio Ihsan Academy to seek medical treatment for my child.

Ohio Ihsan Academy School Policies

By enrolling your child at Ohio Ihsan Academy, you agree to adhere to and support the following school policies. For detailed information, please refer to the student handbook. Please read each policy summary carefully and indicate your acknowledgment and agreement.

Attendance Policy

Regular attendance is crucial for academic success. Parents/guardians must ensure that their child attends school punctually and regularly. Absences must be reported to the school office in advance or on the day of absence. (See Student Handbook for details.)

Dress Code and Uniform Policy

All students are required to wear the official school uniform. The uniform promotes a sense of belonging and equality. The school uniform is designed to be modest, with clothing that is below the knee for both boys and girls. (See Student Handbook for details.)

Code of Conduct

Ohio Ihsan Academy is committed to providing a safe and respectful learning environment. Students are expected to behave respectfully towards peers, teachers, and staff, and to adhere to the school's code of conduct. Bullying, harassment, and any form of discrimination are strictly prohibited. (See Student Handbook for details.)

Academic Integrity Policy

Academic honesty is essential. Cheating, plagiarism, and other forms of academic dishonesty are not tolerated. Students are expected to submit original work and properly attribute sources. (See Student Handbook for details.)

Technology and Screen Time Policy

In alignment with our philosophy of holistic development and focusing on students' overall health, we believe in limiting children's use of screen time during school hours and ask that parents agree to do the same at home. We seek parental cooperation in strictly enforcing this policy. (See Student Handbook for details.)

Health and Safety Policy

The health and safety of our students are of utmost importance. Parents/guardians must provide up-to-date health records and emergency contact information. The school will follow necessary protocols to ensure the well-being of all students. (See Student Handbook for details.)

Parental Involvement and Communication Policy

Parental involvement is crucial for student success. We highly encourage at least one parent, ideally both, to attend school events, meetings, and conferences. This participation fosters community and supports your child's educational journey. It is essential for parents/guardians to stay informed about school updates, announcements, and their child's progress through the school's communication channels. Your engagement is greatly appreciated and vital for creating a thriving educational environment for all students. (Please refer to the Student Handbook for further details.)

Consent for Participation in Activities

Students may participate in various school activities, including field trips and extracurricular programs. Separate consent forms will be provided for specific activities, but general acknowledgment and agreement are required for participation. (See Student Handbook for details.)

Please find below the payment schedule for the 2026-2027 school year.

To complete the enrollment process, you have three payment options available:

Plan A: Tuition paid in one installment by June 15, will receive a 10% discount on tuition. (10% discount on tuition equals to $616.5)

Plan B: Tuition paid in two installments by June 15th and Dec 15th, will receive 5% discount on tuition. (5% discount on tuition equals $308.25)

Plan C: Tuition paid in 10 installments from June 15th to March 15th, receives no discount. Payments are due on the 15th of each month.

*Siblings discount: $500 off of the 2nd child tuition, $750 off of the 3rd child and subsequent children will be applied.

For plan A, the discount will be applied upfront.
For Plan B, the discount will be applied toward the second payment.
For Plan C, the discount will be applied toward the last payment.

*Discounts apply to tuition only and do not include fees.

Payment Instructions:

For plan A&B:

1)To finalize your registration, please submit the tution by mailing a check to the following address:

2)Please make the check payable to Ohio Ihsan Academy and include the student's name and grade, on the memo line of the check.

3)Once we receive your payment, your registration will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation email.

For plan C:

Please await an email from us containing a payment link.

By signing this document, I acknowledge and agree to enroll in the payment plan option offered by Ohio Ihsan Academy. I understand that by selecting this option, I owe Ohio Ihsan Academy the specified amounts according to the agreed-upon payment schedule.
