OIA Admissions Process

   3. Please Note: Children registering for Pre-K to Kindergarten must be fully potty trained and able to use the bathroom independently.

2. Ohio Ihsan Academy will email you a calendar link to arrange for an in-person interview for both parents & students.

• • • Once a student is accepted for admission, a registration link will be sent to complete the process. The registration fee for all students is $1,000, and this fee is non-refundable.

We are proud to participate in the EdChoice Scholarship Program. Families can apply for the EdChoice Scholarship to help cover tuition costs. For more information, please click here.

Note: EdChoice Coverage

The EdChoice Scholarship program provides partial tuition coverage, with the percentage varying based on family income and residential area. Families must apply to determine their eligibility and the specific coverage amount they qualify for. Please refer to the EdChoice application process for more details.

• Sibling Discount:
  $500 off the second child and each additional child.
  This discount is applied to the total fees.

• Payment Plan Incentives:

  Plan A – Full Payment Incentive:
  $350 discount per student
  To qualify, full payment must be made on or before June 15.

  Plan B – Split Payment Incentive:
  $200 discount per student
  To qualify, the first half must be paid on or before June 15.

Please Note:
All discounts—including sibling and payment plan incentives—are applied only to the fees, not to tuition.

Withdrawal Policy

• If a child is withdrawn after June 15th, families are responsible for all program fees for the academic year
• If a child is withdrawn after July 15th, families are responsible for the full tuition and program fees for the academic year, regardless of the withdrawal date or any changes to EdChoice payments.
• Full tuition must be paid regardless of the status or availability of EdChoice.
• All program fees and tuition paid are non-refundable, including the $1,000 registration fee, which secures a child’s enrollment at Ohio Ihsan Academy.
• Sibling discount is applied exclusively to Program fees and not to tuition.
